Andrée Houde, Director of Canadian and French-Emerging Markets with AFJ, lectured on international trade policies, WTO agriculture negotiations and the implications of these for Haiti. The lecture was for government and private sector officials from Haiti, in the context of a broader course organized by the OAS on international trade and agricultural policies. Andrée Houde was named Director of Canadian and French-Emerging Markets with AFJ & Associates in May 2007. Before joining the AFJ team, Andrée Houde was a negotiator for Canada on agricultural issues under the Doha negotiation Round.
